-HR is professional and respectful -Good sense of camaraderie among employees -Competitive pay and benefits

Cons

-Within the front office, the sporadic mood swings and short temper of the company ownership dictate the environment. -You will be asked to do seemingly useless and menial work constantly with little direction or training. -Micro management runs rampant. Must report exactly what you accomplished each and every day. Simply put, I wouldn't recommend anyone work here.

Great product and service offering, engaged leadership team. Core values aren't just wall posters but actually how the company operates every day. Organized around the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), the company is very goal driven and has high organization to all they do.

Cons

Very high expectations - only a con if you aren't good at your job or are afraid to set proper expectations on what is achievable by when.

Benefits IF you manage to last 3 months. Benefits include: paid vacation, health care, and dental

Cons

Management takes forever to respond to employers. So much micromanagement that all your ideas will typically be wrong. Employees are treated like they are expendable and overall it felt like a soul crushing environment from the poor management and tons of unsatisfied costumers.
