There was a Keurig in the break room

Cons

Everything about this place was terrible. But the absolute worst part was the CEO Paul Baum. He was a horrible leader and person. I would never work for him again and I would tell anyone who would listen to not work for the company. Paul along with the leadership team takes advantage of both their employees and their customers. I am not sure if any customers would look at Glassdoor but if you happen to see this take your business elsewhere.

The non managerial staff were great, under paid, under appreciated, looked down upon, but reallocate solid.

Cons

Two words.... Paul Baum This man has never learned a lesson in his life. Has been sued by staff for his inexplicably poor behavior multiple times and seemingly has no clue about much. A true narcissist who truly believes that a few BBQs will make people like him....

Pros

There are none. Hypocrisy among top execs in rampant. It’s like working in high school and if you aren’t part of the “in” crowd, you are out even if you work hard. Core values are a joke. Worst company I ever worked for.

Cons

There are more meetings and papers to fill out about what you do than true business plans and time to get work done. They run the business based on fear. There is zero positive feedback, actually no feedback at all. Toxic work environment.
