Pros
If you are in senior management the bonuses are great.
Cons
The pay raises are lower level employees. If you are going to work here expect an average a 3% raise. It is more reflective of a cost of living raise rather than a performance raise. There is no system in place for experience merit increases or experience/tenure raises.
