Good benefits. Health, Dental, 401(K) with employer contribution. For the most part people are nice and pleasant to be around.

Cons

Low raises, inconsistencies in employee development, and very few growth opportunities. Heating is consistently broken, no hot water, nepotistic environment, obvious favoritism when it comes to working remotely. Inconsistent Management, standards, expectations, and workloads between departments.
