Pros

This is a small work environment with a great team of employees. As an employee, you get the benefits of working remotely and they keep the kitchen stocked with snacks. This company is more than just your average job this is a family.

Cons

The culture is exactly what is it explained during the interview process - awesome, innovative, and FUN! Leadership actually listens to your suggestions and - wait for it - implements them if they make sense to the overall success of the organization. It has been an unbelievable ride thus far. Truly.

Cons

Not a con really, but maybe offering maternity leave in addition to the suite of benefits you already offer that are amazing as well would be great!
