      Pros

      PlanSource has some of the finest employees in the world. Leadership is outstanding and inspires to better, as well as empowers their employees to make the company better.

      Cons

      No cons, I had a great experience with Plansource. It is understood that Plansource is a growing and changing company, so you have to be open minded in a lot of areas, especially if you’re coming from a large company.

      Pros

      Great culture! A great deal of autonomy and a lot of smart and enthusiastic professionals. We have a great time, but we all work very hard to get our goals accomplished.

      Cons

      There are some interesting HR rules and procedures in place, that are out of date. Annual merit increase policy is out of date, and discourages internal promotions.
