      they pay well and provide food frequently

      Cons

      no training. lack of communication from management. very clicky. unorganized. They dont provide any support and if you manage to get proficient in your role they will sabatoge your advancement.

I see that this was nearly a year ago and I hope that you have seen the training from our Learning & Development team as well as the implementation of PlanSource University, which was just recently rolled out.
