Cons

Very disorganized company with extremely high turnover rate. Management lacks in communication and little to no training. They hire new waves of people and will instantly fire or lay people off instantly without warning. The manager there is careless and very unresponsive as well.

- New growth and development opportunities - Employee resource groups for all kinds - Hybrid work environment/flex Fridays during the summer - Recent improvements to benefits like unlimited vacation, sick time and great family leave benefits for our working moms and dads - Employee surveys with real results - Leadership is focused on the people

Cons

No cons in my experience but there is a noticeable shift - with new leadership and an evolving culture, everyone feels it. Change is hard but it's necessary for growth and we're creating a new path to achieve greatness - TOGETHER.

We agree, it can be a culture change when moving between professional environments like retail into SaaS and it is not for everyone. All great cultures strive for honesty, transparency, and great communication with their teams; so, it does give us something to think about if our responses come across as nothing-speak. We strive for open communication and have continued to host regularly scheduled company-wide town hall meetings where team members are encouraged to submit anonymous questions to be answered.
