      Pros

      This company invites innovation and to hire candidates with resourceful experience to take them to the next level. If you are tired of working for bigger companies where you don't have a voice choose to work here. The culture here is infectious and work life balance is absolutely paramount at PlanSource, which you can't find in a lot of places.

      Cons

      PlanSource is a company that is going through growing pains but with that there is opportunity to advance with a company at this size.With a bit of patients and demonstration of hard work it does not get unnoticed here.

      Pros

      Management team is really experienced and fun. After world domination but seems to have a sense of humanity. Culture is strong and the technology is world-class. Growth is really fun.

      Cons

      The growth comes with the usual issues. New people need to get up to speed and processes are evolving. And there's always things to do so it can be an intense (but positive) environment. Not for everyone.

      Coworkers are helpful, culture and volunteer opps are good, flexible work environment. Good company to springboard from.

      Cons

      Not enough training so you can get overwhelmed and no career development or mentoring.
