      Pros

      Software solution by itself is fine. Location is fine. Coworkers were mostly nice. Relaxed attire and flexibility with schedules. Yep

      Cons

      Poor leadership, processes undefined, huge workload. Failure of management to fully understand scope and intensity of products. Some direction from management to be dishonest with clients.

      Pros

      My manager listens to me and appreciates the years of experience that I bring. I see the room for growth. Tons of opportunities to get involved at the workplace, charitable activities, committees and family activities. Great benefit plan and a generous PTO plan.

      I am a very content employee, I have nothing negative to say.

      Pros

      PlanSource is a very neat company to work for! They're innovative and fun.

      Cons

      The downside for my particular department was the changes that were being implemented. For some, the changes would provide a career advancement, for others it was more stress than necessary as the decided to require Insurance Agent Licensing.
