      Loved the team I worked for, unfortunate that I had to be let go because of Covid19.

      Pros

      The IT team was really great to work for. Pay was fair and there was yearly raises. Excellent managers who really cared about your success. Snacks and company meals were common. If a position opens up again after the economy recovers I would love to return.

      Cons

      Benefits could have been better. Not all departments seemed to be treated equal or had equal experiences. Not a lot of room or opportunity to grow your career. Company was bought out by Vista which led to some interesting hiring decisions like a standardized test.

      This company is a breath of fresh air!

      Pros

      -Work life balance -Fun environment -Great Location -Competitive Salary & Benefits -Supportive culture I enjoy coming to work. I know that may sound tacky, but I mean it. It is a great environment, people are friendly, and helpful. I have a great team and have really felt so welcomed here. If you are looking for a progressive company that values your happiness, then this is definitely a place for you. I have already referred two friends to the company.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a rapid rate, so there are constant new faces and changes. It isn't a con really. I am excited to see where the company goes. It's just fast paced. The interview process can be a little intense, but that is because they want to make sure you are a good fit for the organization. Don't let that scare you away. It's all worth it in the end. :)

      work/life balance support, support, SUPPORT! fair pay opportunities for professional growth support for personal growth management that HEARS your concerns and actually takes ACTION awesome co-worker culture that promotes strong work ethic while also having fun

      Cons

      not really a con, more the name of the benefits game... Q4 can be crazy, you'll definitely work a few extra hours here and there, but it is all to ensure our clients feel supported, which will only help solidify the client's decision to work with PlanSource.
