My team was great - everyone worked really hard and cared about what they did.

Extra responsibilities - no pay HR nickeled and dimed every raise for mid level employees Low pay Massive pay gaps within roles High turnover

Great atmosphere and people to work with. They are willing to give you a chance even with minimal experience. Great to help you develop your skills and career.

Cons

Lots of changes in management recently. Don't give the best yearly merit increases.

Pros

Ability to learn new things. Work with very knowledgeable people on the ground. Many good connections. New leadership has been brought in, which seems to be shaking up the old guard a bit and bringing in changes for the better - they seem to listen a bit more.

Cons

Employee overwork to the point of burnout - everywhere. Feeling that employees are looked at only as "machines". Pay is well under industry average. Benefits are very bad. Most employees felt as if there was nowhere for them to go and that management were abusive in their demands.
