      - Work/life balance is hard to come by. - Perfect semi-entry level position to jump start a career in the benefits administration industry. - Great department managers (as of July 3, 2022).

      Cons

      - Compensation is much less than industry standard. - Promotions are slow or non-existent. - Benefits package is subpar for benefits administration company.

      Easy to move lateral within the company and has a good team environment.

      Cons

      Its difficult to promote , Configuration Analyst and Senior Configuration Analyst pay the same, the only difference is the title.
