Pros

The environment is creative and the employees are passionate about the company and the company’s message.

Cons

It is still a corporate, revenue centered business so most employees have zero awareness of decisions being made and it can sometimes take a little longer than usual to get promoted.

Pros

There are a lot of great people in the company at all levels, and I am always proud to tell someone where I work. It is a fast growing company so the opportunities are there for those who have earned them.

Cons

Sometimes feels disconnected with the offices spread out but management tries to keep everyone in the loop.

Pros

Making the move to join the team at PlanetArt was no doubt the best move I made for both my career and my personal development! The company is passionate about personal and professional development and have developed progressive tools and programs to keep me ahead of the game. My boss is a great mentor and is genuinely committed to my success.

Cons

The company moves at a FAST pace, especially in Q4, so you better be prepared to keep up – but there’s a lot of good momentum and support to help you. Time management and prioritizing is key!
