Pros

Dynamic and diverse environment. Growing fast with some growing pains. Loved the experience. Smart people who understand recruiting. Great mission and it really is respected and brought up all the time, it drives the projects.

Cons

Get's super busy towards end of the year and parking lot doesn't help the situation either.

Pros

As a summer intern, I got to work on the client services team along with 20 other interns. The team I was placed on delegated me real work to help them with. Having to balance the work given to me could be difficult at times for at the same time, I had to stay coordinated with the other interns in order to work on our group project. However, everyone I worked with was willing to help and very friendly. The company culture is wonderful, the employees generally seem happy to be working there! I think the energy of the environment drove everyone to do their best, at least for me it did! I learned how to work and prioritze multiple tasks at a time. I also was able to improve my research and presentation skills.

Cons

for me it was only the location since it was far away form my house.

Pros

I’ve been working for PlanetArt for more than 10 years and have seen the company grow and change. I’ve worked in various department within the company which has made the work interesting and challenging. The company is always striving to improve their products and welcomes and invites employee suggestions. The managers and coworkers are all friendly and helpful.

Cons

In the web to print department your work days and hours can change depending on the time of year so you need to be flexible. Because the offices of different departments within the company are spread out and you’re busy with your own tasks, there is often little interaction with people in different departments. However, the company does schedule special activities during the year so you can get to know people in other departments. Although Management does hold meetings to update the employees on the company’s growth and future goals, more updates would be helpful.

We understand the challenges that the office layout brings and we do our best to bring everyone together as much as possible, but we will continue to work on keeping our employees updated and bring them together as often as possible. We appreciate you taking the time to share you thoughts.
