Well maintained work life balance. Everyone is treated equally and encouraged to work on innovation projects. Decent pay even when not asked. Management always ensures to keep the pay on par with the market.

Cons

Nothing specific although for some people the office area seems to be away from hi tech area. In a way, it is good to be away from the busy places and also a nice view of huge park

Salary on time other then that no Pros..

Cons

No proper Office infrastructure,MicroManagement,bond for 2 years for a couple of weeks onsite,ruled by set of people(who are settled as managers) ,all over its worst .
