bullying culture. very nasty behaviour and not a team environment as soon as i walked in i was cornered and told why i should hate certain members of staff. i was suicidal when i left

Perfect for Work-Life balance. Managers are very supportive, they actually listen to employees concerns. Very friendly colleagues. Best thing is no Micro management, best place to explore and freedom to work on your way. If you are innovative, your thoughts will be recognized for sure. I had to leave organisation due to personal reasons and would love to join back when time comes again.
