Pros

-Talented and hardworking team -Exposure to a wide range of clients and technologies -Fast-paced environment that can accelerate learning

Cons

-Leadership consistently took on new clients without ensuring adequate staffing or resources. -Expectations for employees were often unrealistic, leading to frequent overwork and burnout. -Workload management and prioritization were lacking, which put unnecessary strain on teams below leadership. -Reactive decision-making rather than sustainable planning.

Decent, lots of room for improvement

Pros

- Pay is good compared to any low-skill job - Lots of amazing people and you’re bound to click with a few of them - Lots of opportunities to learn and grow on the job

Cons

- Very bad gossip culture. Everyone talks bad about everyone meanwhile I’m just trying to get a paycheck and leave. - “Principally in person.” Everyone secretly knows it’s completely unnecessary, but partners will not hesitate to guilt trip everyone and anyone who does not comply. Lots of moral superiority shown by those who show up more often. - Dehumanizing emphasis on hours - Change in management at the top has turned many teams into complete disasters. We were just told to comply with the new system they set up for us in January - so we had to learn all this new stuff while also juggling a busy-season workload.
