My two managers were the worst managers I’ve ever worked for in my entire career. The fact I had to sit there and get verbally harassed that I was not qualified for a job they hired me for. My coach was useless and said I was to blame. I asked twice to be moved to tax because I have 10 plus years in tax knowledge. They said I would not like it there. HR did not help even though I documented everything and kept it all professional. I had no choice but to quit. That’s how much I hated it here. Here is the best news!! A year after quitting, I get a notice in the mail that an employee (who will not be fired) has leaked a whole bunch of peoples name,SSN, DOB!! I spent a weeks worth of time calling all my banks to make sure everything is secured and to call all 3 credit reports to put a freeze on my account. They made me act like I was a moron every day. This is NOT a great company to work for. Don’t be fooled. I don’t know who they paid off saying this was great. I rather clean toilets than work for this company.

Low pay for the hours of work required, lots of red tape, pay and bonuses are not based on performance and are just standardized across the firm, while the firm tries to maintain a positive culture there is a lot of cattiness and talking behind backs
