Great support and collaboration PS is like a family with solid leadership Cross product opportunities to learn and grow Continued agile focus and delivery is great People really care and want to help customers Compensation and benefits are good but it's the people that keep me here

Cons

Major changes in company and processes can be overwhelming There is no shortage of work (good and bad)- have to balance to avoid burnout Some sales people still don't get (and can't sell) the value of Professional Services and how it makes customers successful

+ Planview is growing, but not so much that it isn’t manageable + Great acquisition turn around process, lots of new changes for the better, there’s a reason why you have 15+ year veterans here! + People actually know what they’re doing + competitive salaries, great medical benefits + WFH flexibility + snacks & drinks in the office + everything you need is provided

- office is far (northwest austin on research and riata)
