Pros

- Good product that is used by many and likely more to come

Cons

Cut benefits and bonuses/promotions during COVID, while only 'pausing' executive bonuses...Made record profits. Never gave backpay on the benefits, then began hiring Sales positions before they restored benefits to original levels. Asked for a raise, and was ignored after following up 5 times over the course of 3 months. At least tell me no...don't waste my time. Also, I found out my coworkers were paid at least $15k more per year for the same work. ALWAYS share your salary with your coworkers. Class Solidarity.

The COVID-19 global pandemic presented an unprecedented challenge to our society, communities, and company. We recognize the hard decision the leadership team and employees had to make in order to safeguard jobs, ensure business continuity, and quickly reshape our operations to best support our employees, communities, and customers in a crisis. Communication is a foundational principle in our organization, and we regularly update our employees on the status of our business, our people, and our strategy. At Planview, "We Build Together" is a core value because we genuinely believe that "Together" is the only way we overcome challenges, create a community of great people, and Build the Future of Connected Work.

Pros

Growing organization due to acquisitions, most employees very nice. Healthy business outlook.

Cons

Acquisitions and turn over in C-level staff has made Planview no longer a great place to work. Last two mergers changed the culture to be more like Clarizen. CLevel make all of the decisions. Not a collaborative work environment Messy work with unreasonable leadership expectations. Planview talks about D&I but doesn’t practice what it preaches. Low pay compared to similar roles.

Planview is growing, and our growth has allowed us to add new voices and products to our teams. Our leadership team is engaged, committed, and caring. Growth and change can feel different to each person, and we have supportive tools, teams, and benefits in place to help every employee manage and overcome any challenges they face while on their Planview journey. We are committed to supporting everyone as Planview continues to grow. At Planview, D&I is in our DNA. Inclusion is at the heart of our culture. Our leadership team and employees, living and working in 17 countries around the globe, reflect the rich diversity of many nations, cultures, and communities. We have very active Employee Resource Groups designed to elevate the voices of diverse perspectives so that no viewpoint or employee feels unrepresented in our company culture. We believe we are stronger as a team when we have a culture where our employees can represent, celebrate, and share who they are.
