I work in IT at Planview. Never have I worked anywhere that had such a feeling of comeraderie as Planview. A common goal of solving problems and solving them the right way. Politics are minimal. Teamwork is maximum. Strong support from a strategic Executive team. This is a great place to work and I feel lucky to be at planview. The Planview values say it all. Be passionate. Exceed the expectations of every customer. Innovate at speed. Be committed. Act with integrity and respect. Have fun along the way.

Cons

Teams can be spread thin with the speed of growth. Good problem to have but we have to be cognizant of the long term effects of that and compensate.

Working at Planview has been an enjoyable and pleasant experience. Planview has provided me the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. While I am a part of the IT team, It's more than just a team, it's a family as is the whole of Planview. Planview is growing rapidly, and globally, with a strong executive team that has top notch strategic and operational foresight. It's a great place to be with plenty of opportunity.
