No work-life balance. Expect to work a lot of hours and when you bring this up to management as a concern the response will be "everyone here is overworked". No concern or solution offered. There is no back-up. If you take time off for vacation expect to come back to a pile of work. Pay is well below average. No plan to share their tremendous success with lower-level employees. Don't expect profit sharing. Don't expect to get any training or encouragement to advance your position or personal goals. Executive team too busy putting out fires to be concerned with lower level workers. They make promises to employees with no expectation of delivering. They will say whatever you want to hear to pacify you- all talk no action.

just purchased by Planview, many changes underway but good overall for the company to be integrated in a broader portfolio for long term success. This positions Planview very well for the long term play given where the market is headed.
