Good benefits, co workers are nice, CEO is a visionary and inspiring

Cons

Some Executive and Senior Management individuals have created a "bully" environment at Planview that seems to be generally accepted. There's a lot of office politics in play here and infighting between management..... Everyone running their own agenda and not necessarily for the good of the company. A LOT of turnover in the last year, especially in the Finance and Sales departments. Many people have quit the company without another job because of the negative environment that currently exists at Planview. Sadly, it's simply not the company of two years ago.

Pros

Great products and clear vision of what they're trying to be as a WRM provider.

Cons

There's a lack of training, direction, and cross departmental cooperation to ensure the sales teams are set up for success. Part of the problem is growing pains (2 acquisitions in my time there) but management seemed okay to let poor performance slide without trying to change behavior or enable the sales team to do better. Could be fixed easily with some communication up and down the chain, as well as providing some cooperation from the SC, Product, and CS teams but they're so focused on growing that it gets lost in the shuffle.

Cons

Not much room for growth. Top-heavy organization. Upper management gossips a lot; talks badly about their team to other people. Egos. Pay isn't competitive, which is needed in the tech industry in Austin.
