Bad management

Pros

Only employee benefits like gym and smaller stuff. Pretty office

Cons

Worst management and micromanaging sales managers I have ever seen. Managers back stab each other, don't help their team and cause a lot of stress to Sales people. Other managers go behind others backs to get promoted. So much pressure on your teams no wonder Account managers leave.

We have followed up with leaders from this team to discuss further. The leaders on our SDR team and across Sales Leadership take pride in building an organization of integrity and support. We have developed a culture of coaching and collaboration to help our teams succeed using resources like our Value Framework, Chorus and 15FIVE so leaders and their teams communicate and coach each other effectively. In our most recent engagement survey, our SDR team was one of the highest scoring teams across the business. We have high expectations for our sales team, but our solution positioning offers significant potential for team members which makes onboarding, coaching and continued support very important to us at Planview.
