This is not a place to come in and have a "couple" quarters to "get ramped up." You either sink or swim - very quickly. One guy was blown out in 3 months for not being up to the standard. They choose the very best and then pay them like investment bankers. But you will also work like an investment banker.

1. The technology is really good. I speak with customers often and they are enthusiastic and have seen real value with the product. 2. Leadership team knows what they don't know and isn't afraid to ask for help. They are very smart, but also humble, which is a great combination at a start-up. They also empower their employees to make their own decisions which is refreshing. 3. The people are great. You want to work with smart and fun people and you will find that at Platform9. 4. Really cool perks - snacks in the office, lunches a couple of days a week, and more! 5. Very open communication - we have company meetings, roadmap reviews, etc. which are open to the entire company.
