      Pros

      Sony is a large company with lots of hardware and software opportunities, people coming into Sony are excited to be part of what could be an amazing place for innovation within design and engineering.

      Cons

      Massive amount of blocking from self-promoting management on ideas and innovation. Most people leave within a year, them that stay are locked by political handcuffs.

      Pros

      Discount on Sony and Playstation items. Free bagels once a week. There are some very amazing people who work there that are friendly and ethical.

      Cons

      Very male dominated. Sexual harassment is completely ignored by HR and upper management. If you are not part of the "boy 's club" or not sleeping with management, there is very little chance of job growth, promotions, pay increases, etc.

      There are great health benefits, great relationships, great environment, easy going

      Cons

      There are lots of groups that don't know what they are doing. There is really no managing skills, over worked, your job title isnt your only job. You feel like you are doing other peoples jobs.
