Pros

Start-up culture, agile development, progressive technology, willingness to try new things to make the overall product better. Has a great product and is changing the gaming industry. Lots of potential to leverage the platform for other areas of growth. Eagerness on the part of management for associates to take on new roles and step into the green field.

Cons

A few too many "Chefs" created blurred roles at the top of the house. Long hours due to the start-up nature of the company. Limited budgets created the temptation to build solutions that they might be able to otherwise buy to shorten cycle times and deploy a better solution.
