      Good benefits, including lots of time off and good bonuses.

      Very poor Director level leadership; politics; horrible office environment; future looks bleak as consoles begin to wither.

      Pros

      Lots to do. Some great Talent and management is trying to make positive changes to the business. Most of the executive team have been with the company a long time and have industry experience

      Cons

      Old guard management with a couple of exceptions. What changes are being done can be considered questionable. Not many perks. Not much recognition. Slow to make decisions.

      Good experience on the CV. The brand is well known worldwide. It is respected even though it's not worth it. Good experience as first job

      Cons

      Very political company. Promotions awarded on an interest basis rather than on the merit. Old style management, not flexible and able to innovate. Slow communication. No respect towards employees.
