Pros
Excellent products, genuine concern, effort and desire to make our products the best in the industry. Lots of opportunity to work with employees at every level. No formality or rigidity, very congenial atmosphere. Many really smart colleagues.
Cons
Some members of senior management are entrenched and distracted or otherwise insufficiently responsive to important issues as they arise. Payroll, finance and accounting systems are overly labor-intensive and are highly dysfunctional.
