Pros

It's a good place to work, and has excellent time off policies for that work/life balance. People are usually friendly and tend to help each other when needed. Strong brand name makes me feel proud to be at SCEA.

Cons

There's an increasing sense of political warefare. Management always reward their friends and don't appreciate the people underneath them. It can be unfair at times.

Pros

Motivating work if you have an interest in video games, and especially in PlayStation itself. People are friendly, and there is opportunity for growth.

Cons

Compensation seems lower than other companies in the computer entertainment industry. There are some organizational silos between groups. Each group looks after holding its own interest instead of working as a whole.
