Pros

All of the positives have since dried up. I can't say there is much of a benefit to working here.

Cons

Leadership and management as a collective lack experience. This shows in the decisions being made and the largely negative impact on the business. Gone is the culture, benefits, & excitement. The majority of key employees have since left. However, a once budding company do not be fooled by the website or outward appearance portrayed on socials. This company is rife with favoritism & egotism and is not a place you want to work.

Pros

Exposer to systems administration, experienced admins that like to teach. You will learn.

Cons

Awful on-boarding process, Really good off-boarding process which says a lot (be careful). Not organized, teams are small, Definitely not a good mid career move. If you come from a Corporate IT background expect to feel like you're taken a step backwards in reporting and ITSM and things like Asset management. You accept lots of Risk. Lack luster offices. Treated like the "IT-Guy". This is a functional consulting job. aka, Glorified IT Support. "White Glove Service"

Senior Management not as transparent as they claim. Will turn their back on you. Discrimination takes place.
