Pros

Unlimited time off, probably will learn so much

Cons

I couldn’t stay at this company for long. The overpromising and underdelivering left me feeling disillusioned. Right from the start, they give you a "Senior" title, even if you don’t feel it’s deserved, as a tactic to keep you on board. They hire people based more on personality than actual experience, which might sound appealing at first, but it quickly becomes clear that it’s a strategy to fill positions rather than build a strong team. They pitch the company as being different from other MSPs, but in reality, it’s no better — in fact, it’s worse in many ways. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're considering a role here. There are better opportunities out there where the promises match the reality.

Pros

Things seemed stellar when joining. They had competitive benefits and great culture.

Cons

No accountability for Managers. They all promise this and that and say they take their role seriously, but fail to deliver 50% of the time. Their benefits dropped bare essentials and are underpar.

Cons

- Started with innovative approach to IT services, and it's outdated now. - Private and public Critical feedback and directness are not appreciated. It will backlash to you. - There is an open-door policy, but the company is not flat. It may be a situation you end up being isolated at your position.
