Pay for technicians isn’t the greatest considering you’re building, doing QC, testing the product, troubleshooting all problems after testing, and doing some mechanical maintenance in the clean room. Also my experience working an odd shift a lot of the people in higher positions such as team leads don’t know anything about the process.

Extremely poor management system. Poor morale among coworkers and management. Poor communication throughout company. No real training for Techs. Supplied tools only in claifornia and they don't provide all tools that are needed. Manipulative management. Equipment is extremely unreliable and there are no reliable sources to assist with repairs. Contacting engineering for equipment issues turns into you not knowing how to do your job. They attempt to use a step pay program to pay you less but expect you to do 6 different jobs. Absolutely no worklife balance.
