Pros

Paired programming, lean, and small autonomous teams is where it's at! I've done waterfall, scrum, and lean and I find it hard to believe that another methodology can beat lean for productivity and workplace satisfaction. Everyone seemed to be high quality and bought into the culture. With that said, I've worked in a few technology companies with good cultures, and this was by far the best. Great benefits like unlimited PTO, continuous training, and sweet perks at the office.

Cons

Really, they are first world problems for a company growing fast. Maybe too much autonomy? Maybe pushing to hire too fast instead of waiting for the right fit? If there were issues, management definitely was open minded, looking for feedback, and constantly looking improve.

Pros

This company is 100% dedicated to driving its culture of kindness and respect for the company. They only have two rules. 1)Don't be a jerk. 2)Do what's best for Pluralsight.

Cons

The company is still young and trying to figure out how to establish leadership and quotas without frustrating everyone. So this means things can move slowly. But that is not really a bad thing in alot of cases.

Pros

Pluralsight has the best culture I have ever experienced, they truly love and respect their employees and are very transparent with the direction of the company. Executive management is top notch, and all of the teams work together efficiently. They offer unlimited PTO, free snacks and periodic lunch and breakfast. The atmosphere is fantastic and even has pool, ping pong and various other activities for when you need to take a break. Colleagues are receptive to advice and feedback.

Cons

There are so many optional activities going on it is hard to determine what to participate in.
