Pros

Pluralsight is focused on our vision, which is to democratize professional technology learning, and it has helped all of us stay true to this north star. I love our company culture, especially being truth seekers and eternal optimists.

Cons

It's still difficult when we are working remotely but the company has done a great job providing the conferencing technology accessible to everyone.

Great people, Great Culture

Pros

The leadership team at Pluralsight really does care about creating an environment that people love to come to for work. This seems to genuinely stem from a core belief that people are intrinsically motivated to do their best work and that it is their responsibility to create an environment in which people can feel like they are able to do their best work. Their is also an underlying feeling that the management really do care about people and love to see them happy at work.

Cons

Pluralsight is growing very fast and it can make things a little stressful at times. Unlike most places, however, the stress stems from seeing the vision and wanting to do your best to make sure we reach that vision despite frequently challenging situations caused by growth; it is not the incredibly frustrating type of stress that I've experienced at other companies that stems from feeling overworked, under-appreciated, and powerless or from highly political environments. Politics in the workplace is very much frowned upon across the board.
