      Pros

      Pluralsight takes their culture very seriously. Their culture is more than just free food and cool perks. It is treating people with respect, having trust in their employees, believing in our mission etc. Pluralsight has a purpose and it truly is a product that changes lives. I am so grateful that I work here and I never plan on leaving this company--I could never find a better fit.

      Cons

      They really focus on transparency in the company but some employees take that to mean that it's ok to gossip.

      This company has an amazing purpose, vision, and culture. The CEO's enthusiasm and optimism permeates the entire company.

      Cons

      Growing like crazy, so expect a lot of change and uncertainty (not really a con).

      Pros

      - Employees are trusted to think and act in the best interest of the company. You won't find layers of management and oversight, but a community of people who enjoy working together. - Leadership and board members study system and cultural concepts to continually improve the company. They are determined to overcome the limitations endured by traditional companies. - It's a great place for personal growth. There is lots of opportunity both from the growth of the company and the environment created by the culture.

      Cons

      - Running out of space since the company is growing; expect to get cozy until new office space becomes available. - You will increase the calories you consume, but the subsidized GYM membership will help offset some of those.
