Pros

Great vision, great culture, tons of autonomy

Cons

Hard to come up with anything, the only con I can think of is that we have not grown the dev team quickly enough to keep pace with the business. Good news is, it's being addressed.

Pros

My favorite thing about working at Pluralsight is being trusted to do my job right. This element of trust allows me to focus on what I am good at instead of getting bogged down seeking approvals and signatures on project plans. The leaders at the company have great vision for how to treat people so that employees can focus on the important thing: doing their job and enjoying it. I am very proud of the work I have done and what I have learned so far.

Cons

Things move fast and change often, so you must be willing to adapt.
