      Pros

      The company values focus on teamwork with everyone. The executive team strives for and mainly achieves transparancy when it comes to communicating goals and directions. It is an amazing place to work! The philosophy and employee-centric focus is very refresshing.

      To be honest, I don't have any cons for this company.

      Pros

      The culture is one of trust and support. It's ok to fail, and my leaders are committed to my success. They truly believe the my success will lead to Pluralsight's success. The PTO policy is incredible. Lunches are provided twice a week, and there's always plenty of food. I love what I do as my job duties, and I really believe in our product. Pluralsight provides all the tools you need to succeed in your job. They aren't afraid to try something new.
