      Pros

      The pros that Pluralsight has is unlimited paid time off, awesome culture, great leaders, and positive, energetic, lively environment! I have never worked at such a caring company with such great leaders and employees.

      Cons

      The only cons I can think of are sometimes the lack of communication from location to location.

      Great working environment, supportive leadership, generous compensation packages, and lots of long term opportunity. Tremendous respect and appreciation among employees. Ample opportunities to grow beyond your current skill set and role.

      Cons

      Some resistance to change by individuals even in a culture that vales truth seeking. Occasionally competing departmental priorities. Rapidly growing headcount with limited (but improving) onboarding.
