Pros

An amazing culture that actually lives and breathes the values they espouse. Unlimited PTO, work-life balance, coworkers that you can actually consider friends, management and executives that you can voice your concerns and ideas to that actually listen. A place where you can feel welcomed. There's a commitment to doing the right thing, even if it hurts, for employees and customers. There's a real commitment to Pluralsight (and Digital-Tutors) being a great place to work!

Cons

Company is growing extremely fast. If that's not something you're not comfortable with then beware; flexibility is important. There are growing pains.

Pros

They care about their employees and truly want us to be happy. Unlimited PTO. No dress code. Amazing surprise bonuses. Free Insurance. They expect employees to learn, grow and innovate.

Cons

The company is growing pretty rapidly and it's creating fear that we won't be able to maintain this awesome culture.

Breath of fresh air!

Pros

The strong emphasis on creating an empowering culture is a breath of fresh air. Every job I've ever had has had an "open door policy" where it was implied you could share ideas for improvement. However, I quickly learned that the unwritten rule was to simply follow the plan that was laid out from above. Pluralsight has removed that unwritten rule and given me autonomy to experiment and execute my ideas. Work-life balance was another topic that every company I've worked for paid lip-service to, but expectations for 12-14 hour work days were silently understood. Unlimited PTO and a repeated emphasis from leadership that they truly believe happier employees make more productive employees has allowed me to achieve life balance. I truly enjoy coming into work and tackling the challenges of the day knowing that my effort and ingenuity can affect the growth of our organization. I no longer feel like a cog in the wheel or a number on a spreadsheet.

Cons

As a company experiencing rapid growth, communication between departments is fragmented which can lead to "fire drill" exercises.
