Pros

The culture at Pluralsight is the biggest pro. They trust us much more than any company I've ever worked for, and in turn all the employees are grateful and happy. Everyone follows the basic rule of treating other people as they would want to be treated, and I whole heartedly believe that every single employee would help me out if I was ever in a bind. We all enjoy coming to work every day, which makes the atmosphere positive and productive.

Cons

None that I can speak to!

Pros

I can and am asked to speak my mind. I don't feel bogged down by politics. You can feel energy in the building from the moment you walk in. Everyone is working hard & loving it. And that doesn't even include the perks. Family lunch on Wednesdays, Town house meeting & lunch on Fridays. Fridges with food & ice cream, Snack wall, drinks & energy drinks. Massages every other week. Ask for whatever equipment I need & it's provided. And the comfort of my desk being exactly how I need it. I know that seems like an odd thing to say but I never realized how much more comfy i am by being able to move my desk where it needs to go.

Cons

I think one of the challenges is, we are a start up company. Which is also one of our strengths. But as a start-up, we're having growing pains with communication, system bandwidth & hiring to keep up with demand. The good news is, we are working on it! And every week there are improvements & we are trying new things to see what works best for us.
