      Pros

      Selling a product that has such positive feedback from customers and has truly changed their lives, helped them secure jobs and help them stand out at work. Such a relief to work for a company like this. Salary and benefits are unmatched in my career to this point. Culture is very important to our leadership and they are very giving/caring.

      To be completely honest, nothing.

      Pros

      The benefits keep growing everyday (we just got rid of 401k vesting). You are really treated as a professional and your opinion matters. I really like the way that every decision is weighed against the culture and the values.

      Cons

      There aren't enough programmers to get all the work done. There are a lot of great ideas that aren't getting implemented.

      Pros

      This company has a culture that promotes open cross departmental communication and collaboration. Unlimited PTO, fully paid insurance for all family members, health club membership reimursement and the ability to work remotely are perks not often found in other companies.

      Cons

      With all of the acquisitions that have been made in such a short amount of time, sometimes it is hard to merge the teams and get them all working on the same page and making the content transition seemless but really they are doing a great job. These are growing pains that can't really be avoided.
