A lot of people quit because of the vaccine mandate. It has been difficult to replace them.

Hiring challenges Low salaries and recruiting was difficult because exercise specialist positions are low paying Boss was challenging Only received a 2% raise despite bringing in new business for client Removed individuality from continuing education with employer required education Lots of busy work and red tape to get things done
