Participants are great and co-workers are mostly caring, committed, people Facility is clean and well maintained and state of the art equipment is provided Access to IDEA continuing education and they pay for your CPR

Cons

Management evaluates classes without attending them and often relies on gossip to gauge value of class - this encourages cattiness and backstabbing Favoritism and little to no communication between management and instructors except for a few favorites - your class could be moved into a different time slot every quarter with no notification which made it hard to build a following No opportunity promote your classes but you are responsible for building them

Love my team, love the open communication, love our initiative and what we're working to achieve. For lower level employees/AGMs, upward movement is strong. Lots of opportunities.

Cons

Upper management communication is sometimes quite gray. After a GM level, moving up is tough - not a lot of opportunity.
