Pros
I can't speak for any other sites, but my site was really friendly and encouraging. Even the members for the most part were really down to Earth. I can't speak for bigger, and more of the more professional clients, but working in the hospital provided this serious sense of community in our facility. Many of the members had been with us for years. Management for my site was great and was always working on ways for us to do team outings, like bowling nights, ice skating, etc. As long as you worked at least 30 hours a week (I'll get to this later in the cons as well) you were considered full time and eligible for health insurance, PTO and the full allotment of benefits given to Plus One employees.
Cons
The pay wasn't that great, and despite being technically a full-time employee (which did come along with many pros like PTO, holidays, etc), I was only given 30 hours a week. Also, the way they went about doing the mandatory monthly Pride OSUs were a little childish. We were required to watch 30 min to an hour long presentations and write a one page summary on it like middle schoolers. Not only that, but they would monitor whether we clicked off the tab and start looking at something else while we were listening.
