Great benefits and great experience in an international company. The CEO, CFO and other high level management were very friendly and personable on visits to WI.

Fairly good benefits (Health Care). Decent Bonus Plan (if you get it). The people you work with are top notch.

Cons

Toxic environment, where everyone is looking to get out. Very oppressive feel to the place. The hours expected to work are minimum 50-55 hours a week or you will be looked down upon, so forget about work life balance. The management will micromange-- they will review every email, power point, work instruction. All 8 levels of managers stretching to France. The plant is a fairly dangerous place to work as well....for truck traffic, unlabeled chemicals, people on boom lifts with loose tools.
