Pros
Vacation time. Paid time off, Benfits are good, 2 week christmas shutdown but only 5 days are paid. co workers are good people well most of them.
Cons
No advancement within no matter what they tell you during interviews. Hard to move up. Certification program they have is a joke. If your not a kiss butt or tattle tale or suck up good luck on being recognizedd for your hard work or being able to learn alot. Shop is based on favoritism, upper management is a joke and doesnt care how employees feel on certain issues. you work every other saturday for straight time and not over time. a huge majority of shop floor employees are looking to get out. Upper management lies constantly to you and then lies to you again to try and cover themselves. Only way to move up or advance is if you have expierence and a 4 year degree in what you want to move into. Work you like a dog and you get no reward or recognition. Alot of saftey issues that only get taken care of if someone is extremely hurt people are always out having to have shoulder surgeries back problems or broken bones. Workers morale is very low and shop floor people dont care about this place. Do back door operations on their products that customers dont know about.
