-Solid Vacation offering -Plenty of training and travel opportunities -Learn all about job functions outside of your immediate scope

Cons

-Immediate scope can and will be expanded past anything that resembles a reasonable workload -Lots of firefighting, leading to temporary/incomplete solutions, which causes more problems down the road -Individuals are great, but the overall structure is copy and paste out of a bad high school movie. (Lots of cliques, quite a few overly aggressive tendencies for some individuals).

International mobility, access to the management , good ideas to heard and adopted, very fast

Cons

Some lack of Standardization of process may impede the fast growth. But it is continuously evolving and that's were all employees have room for suggesting changes and make a dent.

Payed Christmas Shutdown & good benefits. Co-Workers were good people for the most part.

Cons

Oily! Horrible Management that bite off more than they can chew and force the workers to "get it done". No appreciation for hard work, and No empathy towards the personal matters off their employees... Over-worked and underpaid. Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for.
