      Noone breathing down my neck all shift

      Cons

      Still very sexist in the way that young men who were hired after me are given much more opportunity to be trained by old school employees on multiple stations allowing advancement while females are held at bay learning one or two positions

      Thank you for taking the time to provide this important feedback. First, we appreciate that you feel valued and are given the opportunity to work confidently during your shift. Our management teams are always looking for new ways to engage with employees and improve the onboarding experience. In late 2022, we rolled out a training initiative called Dojo which consists of technical training for new people during their first 2 days onsite at Poclain. This learning environment has yielded very positive feedback from both new associates as well as those with tenure, and it has been leading to greater success when trainees get to the shop floor to start working.       Good vacation, decent pay, great benefits.. day to day really depends on who your manager is.

      Cons

      If you work in any managerial position you will always have one hand tied behind your back because you'll be dealing with the company HQ in France.

      Pros

      Great team to work with. Very welcoming environment. Training, safety and well-being of employees is a sincere priority of management. Employees are treated as people, not numbers. Departments locally communicate well.
